How we handle your information.

Night Owl Academy collects the information you submit through our Family Interest and Team Interest forms for one purpose: planning capacity, communicating opening news, and following up on the interest you expressed.

What we collect. The fields on the form — your name, email, phone, and the operational details you choose to share (work schedule, plan interest, anticipated nights of care, child names and ages for families). Children's data is stored privately and is never displayed publicly.

Where it's stored. In a private database under our control, and (for active interest contacts) in our customer-relationship system (GoHighLevel) so we can manage communication. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

Email. When you submit, we send a confirmation link from [email protected] — confirming closes the loop and tells us a real human gave us a real address. Any later communication from us is about Night Owl Academy: licensing milestones, opening news, and your interest specifically. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Spam protection. We use rate limiting and a hidden honeypot field to reduce bot submissions. We log the IP and user-agent of submissions for that purpose only.

Retention. Unconfirmed submissions older than 30 days are purged. Confirmed contacts remain on the list until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them — email [email protected] any time to do so.

Children. The interest form asks for child first names and ages so we can plan staffing. This data is stored privately, never displayed on the site, and never used for marketing.

Cookies. The site uses only essential cookies (functional). No third-party advertising trackers.
